Terms & Conditions
1. Cost
a. We ask for a $100 Booking fee ($200 for 18th birthdays to cover extra security staff and a $500 min bar tab)
b. Due to previous problems with 18th birthdays we need a $100 damage bond repayabale at the end of the function if there is no damage caused. This can be added to your bar tab at the end of your function.
c. Booking Fee & Bonds are payable within the week of booking your function.
d. We cannot confirm your booking date until receipt of your Booking Fee.
2. Time
a. The Booking is normally from 8pm, access from 7-30 for decoration food etc if required (& prev. arranged), until approx. 10.15 - 10-30 pm. the management reserve the right to open to the public if the bar sales are quiet, also depending how many people we are turning away at the door (not normally before 10pm), this normally re-vitalizes the party with fresh singers (talent) etc. Use of the Mechanical bull is Free of charge during your function. Normally $2 per person for a few rides.
b. For after work & xmas functions we may be able to open earlier please discuss with us.
3. Legal obligations
a. We must be aware of any underage guests.(their names & who is the guardian)
b. They have to be with and under control of a responsible parent or legal guardian at all times.
c. They may drink alcohol but it must be purchased by their guardian and they are directly supervised by that guardian.
d. Normal licensing rules still apply - if you look under 25 you need your ID. unless accompanied with your parent or legal guardian.
4. Under 18yr old functions
a. We are able to cater for under 18yr old functions but we have to get a special licence & are not allowed to serve alcoholic drinks to anyone during the function, as we effectivly become an unlicenced venue for the duration of the functiion, as there are no significant bar sales (soft drinks only) we charge $500/hr to cover our costs.
b. We will offer free use of Boris & Karaoke during these functions.
5. General Terms.
a. To allow us to be able to offer you venue hire for only $100 ($200) we need to work together, as we are progressively turning away our regulars from 9pm onwards, so as your party bar sales slow down we need to have the option to open to the public, this does not mean your party is over it just means you share it with the public & normally this is a gradual transition to our normal party night if you want exclusive use of the venue without any general public until 11pm we will have to charge $500 to cover the lost revenue from the customers we are turning away for your party.
b. Guests arriving intoxicated will be refused entry.
c. Drinks smuggled in will be seized and the offender asked to leave.
