Corporate Menu's
Below we have set out three menu options we can offer for a minimum of 50 people per function.
OPTION 1
$6.50 per head (approx 9 portions per head)
- Mini club sandwiches with variety of fillings
- Mini savouries - potato top, mince, bacon egg & cheese and sausages rolls
- Hot potato bites - ham & cheese, cheese spring onion & garlic
- Bruchetta topped with variety of toppings i.e. gherkin, cheese, salami etc.
- Variety of cakes & slices
OPTION 2
$8.50 per head (approx 12 portions per head)
- Mini club sandwiches with variety of fillings
- Mini savouries - potato top, mince, bacon egg & cheese and sausages rolls
- Hot potato bites - ham & cheese, cheese spring onion & garlic
- Bruchetta topped with variety of toppings i.e. gherkin, cheese, salami etc.
- Cheese & Bacon Scrolls
- Variety of cakes & slices
- Pastries
OPTION 3
$10.50 per head (approx 16 portions per head)
- Mini club sandwiches with variety of fillings
- Mini savouries - potato top, mince, bacon egg & cheese and sausages rolls
- Hot potato bites - ham & cheese, cheese spring onion & garlic
- Smoked salmon triangles lemon drizzle
- Ham sweet corn vol au vents
- Prawn bruchetta drizzled with homemade dressings
- Mini spring rolls sweet chilli dipping sauce
- Variety of pastries, cakes & slices
- Fresh fruit & cheese platters & crackers
